Rates

RATES INCLUDE:

• Seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the interior and exterior of the villa - Television streaming networks; Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Apple TV and Plex TV. - Housekeeping (including Public Holidays and Sundays) - All facilities and amenities, including the heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and private gym.

RATES EXCLUDE:

• Breakfast
  


• All activities arranged are paid separately.

PAYMENT TERMS

• 50% deposit to confirm reservation on booking (48 hours)


• Balance is due 1 month prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  
  


• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
  
  


• The Owner and / or the Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance due is not paid by the due date and to levy cancellation charges as detailed in paragraph above.
